Crispy Parmesan Salmon Bites

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb salmon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- scallions

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pat dry the salmon and cut it into cubes.
2. Toss the salmon cubes in olive oil to coat.
3. Add grated parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the salmon cubes, and toss to coat evenly.
4. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
5. Place the coated salmon cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
6. Air fry at 380°F for 8 minutes or until golden and crispy.
7. Top with scallions
