These egg rolls can be air fried, deep fried, or baked in the oven until internal temperature reaches 160ºF.
Deep fry : deep fry egg rolls at 350º Fahrenheit for 6-7 min when frozen or 4 min when thawed.
Bake : for conventional oven, bake at 400º Fahrenheit for 8-9 min on each side or until golden brown.
Air Fryer : When cooking in an air fryer, set temperature at 400º Fahrenheit and cook for 13-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160º Fahrenheit and the shell becomes golden in color. For best results, keep frozen.
