Air Fry Imitation Crab Bites

The craving of both a snack and dinner is hard to choose from so this is why this 20 minute appetizer that takes 5 minutes of prepping and 15 minutes of air frying is so easy when you just don't feel like cooking.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 package (1 lb) USE 1/2 of imitation crab flakes (surimi), broken apart
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick / 57g) salted butter, melted
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix crab flakes, melted butter, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl.
2. Toss to coat evenly.
3. Air fry at 400°F for 15 min, flipping halfway.
4. Serve with garlic chili oil, bang bang sauce, or melted butter.
📝NOTE:
- Make sure to spread it out on PARCHMENT PAPER to evenly cook.
- (16-18 min. for a more crispy bite).

OVEN LOVERS:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
2. After coating the crab flakes, lay them on a baking sheet lined with PARCHMENT PAPER to prevent the flakes from getting stuck.
3. Bake for 10 min. then flip the flakes and bake for another 10 min. or until it looks crispy.
📝NOTE:
- Based on how your oven is you should always keep an eye on the food to prevent over cooking. As some ovens can cook faster than others.
