La Boucherie ready to cook pork tenderloin is wrapped in bacon and stuffed with shrimp, andouille and pepper jack cheese.

Defrost unopened bag in cold water for 30 minutes to 1 hour or in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Bake uncovered in preheated 375° oven for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

To cook evenly, turn the tenderloin periodically. 

Tenderloin can also be grilled over low to medium heat. Do not leave unattended while grilling as bacon can cause fire to flare up. Let rest 10 minutes before carving.
