Baked Swai with White Wine Lemon Garlic Sauce

Cook time: 25 minutes
6 swai fillets
¼ cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 garlic cloves minced
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons parsley leaves
1 tablespoon paprika (for color)
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small saucepan, combine white wine, lemon juice, butter, salt and minced garlic. Cook until the butter melts.
2. Arrange swai fillets in a baking pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper, to taste. Sprinkle paprika evenly for color. Pour the white wine sauce over the fillets. Generously sprinkle fresh parsley flakes over the swai fillets.
3. Bake at 375° for 10-15 minutes until swai is fully cooked and flakes easily. Garnish with remaining parsley. Enjoy
