Mignonette Sauce Recipe
Mignonette Sauce
• 1 small shallot, finely minced
• 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp. ground black pepper
• 1/8 tsp. salt, or to taste
• 1/8 tsp. sugar, or to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover and chill for at least an hour and enjoy! Mignonette sauce will keep in the fridge for up to 1 month.
Perfect topped over fresh shucked oysters or clams.
