Viet-Cajun Butter Sauce 
Viet-Cajun Crawfish Boil

Butter Sauce Ingredients:

• 4 sticks of salted butter (unsalted if you've seasoned and salted your boil)

• 2 tbsp finely chopped lemongrass

• 1/2 cup minced garlic

• 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning

• 1 tbsp lemon pepper powder

• 1 tbsp cayenne pepper

• 1 tbsp paprika

• 3 tbsp lemon juice


Melt sticks of butter on medium low heat. While butter is melting, add the lemongrass and cook for about 4 minutes when it softens. Then add garlic, old bay seasoning, lemon pepper powder, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Cook until butter is melted and garlic is just softened, about 8-10 minutes.  Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Serve as dipping sauce or pour it over crawfish boil (or any seafood boil) and give it a shake. Enjoy!
