Precooked to perfection for your convenience. There's no need to defrost dumplings. They can be prepared by boiling, steaming, or pan-frying them to make potstickers.
To boil : bring the put of water to rolling boil, gently stir in frozen dumplings and boil for 5-8 minutes or until they float to the surface.
To steam : place frozen dumplings in a steamer basket over boiling water, cover with lid and steam for 8-10 min or until dumplings are cooked through.
To pan-fry : cook frozen dumplings in a small amount of oil in non-stick pan over medium-high heat for 2-3 min until bottoms turn golden brown. Pour water into pan about 1/3 of the way up the dumplings, cover the pan with lid, and reduce the heat to medium-low. Steam for about 8-10 minutes until water evaporates and dumplings are cooked through.
